This project is going to be located in Bujumbura where a small manufacturing biodegradable sanitary pads will be produced and from where they be distributed to designated beneficiaries across the countryside
The primary beneficiaries will be the young girls (teenagers) in primary schools, Ecole fondamentale and secondary school who will be targeted, assessed and selected as beneficiaries based on set parameters (their financial conditions). These are young girls who have been absenting themselves from school during menstrual periods.
